Program Introduction
The M.E.T (Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology) program at UC Berkeley is an innovative undergraduate dual degree program combining business and engineering. This program allows students to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the College of Engineering in just four years. M.E.T aims to develop future innovators who can lead at the intersection of technology and business. The Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) and Business track is one of the most sought-after combinations in the UC Berkeley M.E.T program, offering an integrated approach to computer science, electrical engineering, and business management. This track prepares students to become leaders in technology-driven enterprises by simultaneously developing cutting-edge technical capabilities and business acumen. As a designated STEM program, international students can benefit from up to 36 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) after graduation, expanding employment opportunities in major technology companies across the United States, including Silicon Valley.
